Shipping to Germany is free and there are no additional costs. 

From a purchase value of at least 150 €, shipping abroad is free! This may result in costs (taxes or customs fees) that are to be borne by the buyer. A list of the available delivery areas can be found below

Returns for return packages (exchange or return) from Germany are free of charge. You will receive a free return slip by email if you do not like the goods you have ordered or do not fit. A return must be made within 14 days.

We do not offer free returns for returns from abroad. Here the costs for a return shipment or, if necessary, an exchange are to be borne by the buyer.

Of course, you can return or exchange ordered items within 14 days without giving reasons. 
 

Contact us via email ( service@pablo-capone.de ) and tell us the items you would like to return, stating your order number. You will then receive a corresponding return slip and information on how to proceed within two working days at the latest. 

Our articles will only be taken back if they are in perfect condition: 

- unused, unworn and unwashed (a fitting is of course allowed) 
- with the label attached 
- in Original packaging 

A return or exchange of underwear is only possible in unopened original packaging.
