You can of course return ordered items within 14 days without giving a reason.

Please note that we can only take back our articles in perfect original condition (with attached label and in the original packaging)

A return or exchange of underwear is only possible in unopened original packaging.

Shipping abroad (Europe) usually takes about 5-8 working days. You will find an overview of the various delivery times for all countries here.
 

 

If you got an official voucher or discount code, you can enter it in the "checkout" process. After you have clicked on "Checkout" in the shopping cart, you will be redirected to the checkout. Here you have the option of entering your code on mobile devices or desktop PCs.
 

 

You will find a list of all currently possible countries for shipping here. If your country is not on that list you can contact us for more informations at service@pablo-capone.de
 

 

As soon as the returned goods have arrived here in full, we will immediately reimburse you the value of the goods.

The refund will be made on the same Payment method used on the order. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few working days from receipt of our email until you can see the refund on your account.
 

 

Should your package be damaged externally or should one or more items be missing in the delivery or damaged, we ask you to submit a corresponding damage report in your post office. For liability and insurance reasons, the damage must be reported to your post office (DHL) within 7 days (after delivery). Please take the package with you exactly as it was given to you by the deliverer.

As soon as we have received your damage information, we will inform you about the receipt and immediately check the process together with DHL . You will of course be kept up to date with the current status.
