What do I do if an ordered article does not fit or please me?
Of course you can return or exchange ordered articles free of charge (in Germany) within 14 days without giving reasons .

Please note that we can only take our items back if they are in perfect condition (with the label attached and in the original packaging)
A return or exchange of underwear is only possible in the unopened original packaging.

What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping within Germany and Austria. Shipping costs for other countries can be found here .
How long is the delivery time?
As a rule, delivery to Germany takes approx. 1-3 working days after receipt of order and payment. Shipping abroad (Europe) usually takes about 5-8 working days. An overview of the different delivery times for all countries can be found here.
I have a voucher or discount code. Where can I enter it?
If you have an official voucher or discount code, you can enter it in the "Checkout" process. After you click on "Checkout" in the shopping cart, you will be forwarded to the checkout. Here you can enter your code on both mobile devices and desktop PCs.
Are deliveries abroad possible?

I have sent something back - When do I get my money back?
As soon as the returned goods have arrived here in full, we will immediately reimburse you the value of the goods.
The reimbursement is usually made on the date of the order Payment method used. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few working days from receipt of our email until you can see the refund on your account.
What should I do if my package is damaged and one or more items are missing?
Should your package be damaged externally or should one or more items be missing in the delivery or damaged, we ask you to submit a corresponding damage report in your post office. For liability and insurance reasons, the damage must be reported to your post office (DHL) within 7 days (after delivery). Please take the package with you exactly as it was given to you by the deliverer.
Please send us the damage report by email ( email@example.com ) as a scan or by fax (0322 228 298 04)
As soon as we have received your damage information, we will inform you about the receipt and immediately check the process together with DHL . You will of course be kept up to date with the current status.
