Shipping policy
Shipping to Germany is free and there are no additional costs.
From a purchase value of at least 150 €, shipping abroad is free! This may result in costs (taxes or customs fees) that are to be borne by the buyer. A list of the available delivery areas can be found below.
Returns for return packages (exchange or return) from Germany are free of charge. You will receive a free return slip by email if you do not like the goods you have ordered or do not fit. A return must be made within 14 days.
We do not offer free returns for returns from abroad. Here the costs for a return shipment or, if necessary, an exchange are to be borne by the buyer.
